Engrave these, do not cut them

Detail this fine will not survive being cut through wood or acrylic, because the small pieces have nothing holding them in place once the beam goes round them. Set the whole design to engrave and it reproduces exactly as drawn. If you want a cut outline as well, add your own boundary shape around it.

The file carries shapes, not operations

An SVG says where the lines are and nothing about what to do with them, so your software decides cut, score or engrave, not the file. In LightBurn that is the layer colour, in the Glowforge app and xTool Creative Space it is the operation dropdown beside each shape.

You can size these down further than you think

A blade needs a quarter inch to weed comfortably and gives up entirely below about four hundredths. A laser holds detail far past that, so these designs still read at three or four inches where the same file in vinyl would need to be a foot across.

Why these and not the whole catalog

Every SVG we sell opens on a laser, so this is not the compatible list. It is the group where the laser is clearly the right machine rather than a workable one, which is a more useful thing to browse.
