We don't ship anything
All products sold on CutFileVault are digital. You will not receive anything in the mail. There is no packaging, no courier, no tracking number, and no shipping address to enter at checkout. Every design is a file you download.
How you get your files
- Redeem a credit on any design and the download is available immediately. There is no processing or dispatch delay.
- Each design arrives as a single ZIP containing the SVG cut file, a high-resolution transparent PNG, and a plain-text license.
- Everything you have downloaded stays in your library permanently. Re-download it as often as you like, on as many of your own devices as you like, at no extra cost.
- Free designs are delivered by email instead: enter your address on the free files page and the download link arrives in your inbox.
Delivery time
Immediate. Files are available the moment the credit is redeemed, typically within a second or two. If a download hasn't appeared within a few minutes, it's a fault on our end rather than a delivery wait, so email hello@cutfilevault.comand we'll sort it out.
Where we deliver
Everywhere. Because nothing is physically shipped, there are no restricted countries, no customs, no import duties, and no regional delivery differences. A customer in Auckland gets the same file at the same speed as one in Ohio.
Shipping costs
None, ever. The price shown on a product page is the price you pay. No shipping charge is added at checkout because there is nothing to ship.
If something goes wrong
A download that fails, a ZIP that won't open, or a file that isn't what the listing described is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Since there is no physical item, a return means a refund to your original payment method, and there is nothing to post back to us.
