1. Who we are
CutFileVault ("we", "us") is a digital storefront selling SVG cut files and related downloadable assets. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or downloading any file, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Sharing logins to circumvent our credit system is grounds for suspension.
3. Credits & purchases
- One credit downloads one file. Credits never expire.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Files purchased remain in your library indefinitely; re-downloads are always free.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
4. Refunds
Because credits unlock instant digital downloads, all sales are final once a credit has been spent. Unspent credit packs purchased within the last 14 days can be refunded in full — email hello@cutfilevault.com from the email on the original order.
If a file is broken, mislabeled, or otherwise materially defective, we'll refund the credit (or the cash equivalent) on request.
5. Use of the files
What you can and can't do with downloaded files is governed by our Commercial Use License, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or its content in ways that violate applicable law.
- Probe, scrape, or interfere with our infrastructure (rate-limited APIs, scrapers, headless bots).
- Resell, share, or redistribute purchased files (see License).
- Misrepresent yourself or use someone else's payment method without authorization.
7. Intellectual property
The CutFileVault name, logo, site design, mockup compositions, and curated collection are our property. The underlying SVG files are licensed (not sold) to you under the Commercial Use License.
8. Disclaimers
The site and files are provided "as is". We make no guarantees that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific file will work with every cutting machine or software version. We test on Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or your use of it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, where it matters, emailed to active customers.
